We accept returns within 7 days without quibble. If for any reason your item is unsuitable you can return it for a full refund. For technical support about any of our products, please CONTACT US for a quick response.

1. Unwanted Items & your right to cancel

Unwanted items must be posted back to us within 7 days of receipt for a refund.

The buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping and insurance.

Returned items must be in their original, unused, resell-able condition & in the same packaging as received. All parts and accessories must be included.

This 7 day returns policy excludes made to measure or user-altered items.

A copy of the original ebay or paypal sales record or invoice must be included in the package. This information can be written on a separate piece of paper if no printer is available. Please ensure the sales record number, ebay user ID and reason for return is included.

Returned items will be inspected before a refund (minus carriage costs) is issued, (normally within 3 business days).

Please ensure items are well wrapped as returns damaged in transit will not be accepted. We will inform you of any damages to allow you to claim from your carrier's insurance.

Please note, we can only offer refunds under this policy, not exchanges. If another product is required, please purchase it under a separate transaction FROM OUR EBAY STORE

2. Incorrect / Damaged Orders

If you have received an incorrect item or the item was damaged in transit please accept our apologies. CONTACT US within 24 hours of receipt of your items and we will have the situation resolved as quickly as possible.

3. Returns after 7 days

For your peace of mind all items in our store are covered by our 12 month warranty. This warranty does not cover user damage or failure caused by misuse, abuse or alterations.

If returning items under our 12 month warranty, please use the returns procedure and address above. Be sure to include the reason for the return.

Upon inspection, if manufacturing fault is confirmed, items will be replaced on a like for like basis. If no replacement is available a refund may be issued.
