Dispatch : All items are usually dispatched within 48 hours of cleared payment being received. Items Dispatched International Signed for Delivery is a Royal Mail charge of £4.25 and is in addition to postal weight charges. Signed for Delivery UK is currently set at .74p by the Royal Mail. These are non profit making charges and are fixed fees charged by the Royal Mail, please also note Postal Costs include not only the price Charged by the Royal Mail, but also the Packing and handling charges. (Discounts are offered on Postal Costs for multiple purchases - these are a discreationary and are not an absolute right of the purchaser - they are a goodwill gesture).
Post Dates : We post every working day - with the exception of weekends and Bank Holidays. Our Annual Holidays are notified on our shop home page and on each listing, whilst you may still purchase from the shop during this period, items will not be dispatched until our return, these dates will be clearly displayed.
Shop Policy :
CANCELLATION RIGHTS - You have the right to cancel your item under the distance selling law, items must be returned within 7 days of receipt - you should notify us of the return and return item with all original tags in place and original packaging, we recommend you use a recorded method of posting, once item is received back you will be issued with a full refund. Return postal costs are at your own expense unless an incorrect item was received or the item has a manufacturing fault (size issues are not manufacturing faults), in the event of a wrong item being received or manufacturing fault your return postal costs will also be refunded.
Please do not bid / purchase and item then ask for an alternative size or colour - as we may not have them in stock. Items purchased or won on Auction will be the item dispatched to you once payment has been received and cleared.
