When and where do you ship?
Bar Equipment Direct despatch goods from our warehouse and distribution centre in Cornwall every day and are happy to send goods to all UK, EU and Worldwide destinations which are serviced by our carriers.
How much do you charge?
The cost of shipping your order to you is directly related to the packed weight, size and destination of your parcel. We are always happy to combine the cost of shipping and are pleased to offer an all inclusive price for parcels that weigh up to 30kg. This Pre discounted rate is available to all UK destinations and the most popular EU Countries. Which delivery zone am I in?
UK Zone1- All areas of the UK which are not listed in Zones 2 & 3.
UK Zone2- All areas with postcodes starting: IV, HS, KW, KA27-28, PA20-49, PA60-78, PH17-26.
UK Zone3- All areas with postcodes starting: BT, IM, TR21-25.
EU Zone4- The Channel Islands & the Republic of Ireland.
EU Zone5- Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, Luxembourg & the Netherlands.
EU Zone6- Azores, Balearic Isles, Italy, Madeira, Portugal, Sardinia, Sciclly & Spain

Why do you charge for delivery when some sellers offer free delivery?
A lot of companies that sell on-line do offer "free" shipping. Their version of "free" is generated by over inflating the purchase price of the products to include the cost of carriage, We have thought about this method of pricing and marketing but have come to the conclusion that to operate in this manner will cost all of our customers more and not offer the fantastic value for money service which we have known for. When you shop with us you only pay for what you purchase, when shopping around for the best price please bear this in mind.
When can I expect my parcel?
If all of the items you have ordered are in stock Bar Equipment Direct aims to despatch your order within 48 working hours of you completing your purchase. Our standard delivery time after despatch for UK customers is 1-3 working days, for our European customer’s 3-7 working days and for our worldwide customers 4-10 working days. If a delay is expected with your order we will contact you and inform you of the delay and let you know the expected length of the delay you may experience.
Can you deliver to me on the same day?
For customers based in and around Cornwall same day delivery may be possible using our own delivery drivers. Please contact our sales office directly on 01209 313522 and one of our team will be happy to discuss this with you.
I need my order quickly can you help?
For deliveries in the United Kingdom we can arrange for your order to be delivered on specific days and at specific times including weekend delivery. This bespoke service can be tailored to suit your needs. Up-graded services do carry a small surcharge which depends on the service level that suits you best. Can I Collect My Order?
You are more than welcome to collect your order from our warehouse in Cornwall. We advise that you give us a call before you do so that we can have your order picked, packed and ready to go.
Who Will Deliver My Order?

Bar Equipment Direct have chosen to use a number of the biggest and best parcel delivery companies in the UK that we feel offer the best value, service and destination coverage. The carrier we use to deliver your item(s) will depend on the size, value and destination of your order. We are constantly monitoring the performance of all of our carriers and proudly boast a 99.2% success rate for on time safe delivery of consignments.
Low value, small light weight parcels to all UK, EU & Worldwide destinations are delivered for us by the Royal Mail.
85% of all orders despatched from Bar Equipment Direct are carried by Parcelforce Worldwide, Offering an excellent quality of service and impressive delivery times to all UK, EU & Worldwide destinations, full on-line tracking and insured against loss to the value of £150 as standard. A signature will be required on delivery, fear not if you are not available to accept your parcel the driver will leave a card to let you know they have missed you, the card will contain clear information on how to contact your local Parcelforce delivery depot so that you can arrange the re-delivery of your goods at a time that suits you.
If you have placed a large order with us that consist of a number of boxes being delivered to the same UK business address your order will be delivered by DHL Express. A signature will be required on delivery.
For large parcels, pallets and goods that are over 30kg in weight or longer than 1.5m we use TNT for all UK, EU & Worldwide delivery destinations.
Can I Track My Parcel?
When your parcel is despatched from our warehouse you will receive an email confirmation from our carriers which will contain all of the information needed to enable you to track your parcels progress whilst in transit.
If for any reason you have not received this information or you have placed an order over the telephone you can contact us directly on 01209 313522 and one of our team will be happy up-date you as to your parcels status. When contacting us regarding your orders progress have your order number to hand, this will help our team to deal with your enquiry more efficiently.
