Bankrupt-Surplus is the on-line arm of Express Cycles Ltd established approx 1950.
This particular operation is a product of the demise of the manufacturing of Cycles in the UK, leaving ex-factory components and parts available in large quantities. Express Cycles Ltd purchased many/most of these, hence the very competitive prices being offered.

Despatch/Delivery:
All orders received before midnight are despatched the following working day, if at all possible. Despatch options are given to guarantee Faster despatch/delivery if required.
After Sales:
Our ambition is SATISFIED RETURNING CUSTOMERS. If anything is unsatisfactory to you the customer we are here to resolve that as soon as possible. If we can’t resolve it we will refund your payment less the p&p as soon as the item is returned, provided it is unused and in its original condition. |
