Parts: Can be returned at the buyers expense and must be in an unused condition within 7 days, parts ordered incorrectly will be subject to a 25% handling fee. We cannot refund shipping costs. Generally parts are pre-inspected before dispatch. However we will cover any shipping damage or faulty parts at our expense on the very rare occasions this may be an issue. We do not accept any liability for or take refunds of parts that have been damaged whilst fitting or have been tampered or modified. We are not responsible for lost shipments. Please send the item by a trackable return method. Problems should be reported within 7 days within receipt of your item. Goods are sent generally the same or next day, however some items may have a handling time of 2 days. You can login to your account and see the status of your order at any time.
