| PAYMENT TERMS
Payment must be received within 10 days after the auction is closed or will be considered non-paid.
Non-paid items will result an unpaid item strike and the item will be re-listed.
We accept online payments through PayPal, as well as Money Orders or Bank Checks through the mail. Please no Personal Checks!
SHIPPING POLICY
All of our transactions are processed in a timely manner. Please allow approximately 2 business days for your order to be processed and shipped.
All auctions ending on Friday (night), Saturday and Sunday will be shipped on the following Monday.
Shipping and handling costs are stated in the auction ad. If you are purchasing more than 1 item, please e-mail for a combined shipping rate.
Shipping methods depend on your location and the amount of items you purchase. Most orders are shipped via Priority Mail or UPS Ground.
We will ship world wide, but please e-mail for a shipping rate if you are outside the United States.
We offer combined shipping.
To take advantage of this discount please e-mail first for a combined shipping rate and then pay for all of the items at once.
FEEDBACK
We leave positive feedback for all of our valued customers once we receive positive feedback from you.
To avoid negative feedback, please do not bid on an item if you are unable to pay, and please read the item descriptions carefully.
RETURN POLICY
Our return policy strictly follows our costumer satisfaction guarantee.
You must notify us before sending any items for returns.
Items must be returned no later than 7 days after they are received in their original condition as seen in the item description picture. If boxed, it must be returned with box and with all original materials. All shipping and insurance is the responsibility of the winning bidder, shipping costs will not be refunded. The refund will not be made untill the item is shipped back and revised by us.

How do you get so many items autographed?
-We work with some of the largest show promoters in several different states including New York, New Jersey, Philadelphia, & Boston. We get several hundred items signed at these show, therefore we get wholesale pricing that we can pass onto our customers.
Are your autographs guaranteed to be authentic?
-Absolutely. We want you to purchase with confidence. Not only will your item come with a COA (and in most cases a photo of the player signing), but every item is 100% guaranteed to pass any major authenticator such as PSA or GAI. In fact we encourage you to use them. Having your item authenticated by PSA not only assures you that your item is authentic, but it adds value to your item if you should ever decide to resell it.
Your description says "game used bat" what does that mean?
-Our game used bats obviously are not used by the player that signed them. We purchase these bats in bulk from several teams during Spring Training. They are later signed at our shows. While we do clean them up as best as we can, some bats do have a small crack, or some pine tar or tape on the handle.
Do your jerseys have the players name or number on the back?
-If is it not mentioned in the description, the back of the jersey is blank. If there are numbers or a name on the back, we will always state that in the auction ad and take a picture of the back of the jersey.
What is your return policy?
-Items must be returned no later than 7 days after they are received in their original condition. If boxed, shrink wrapped, or factory sealed, it must be returned unopened. All shipping back to us is the responsibility of the purchaser. The refund will not be made until the item is shipped back and revised by us. All shipping and insurance is the responsibility of the winning bidder.
I paid, but have not received my item yet?
-Please allow 7 business days after you send payment before you inquire about a missing package. Most of the time your package will arrive in 3-4 days, but there are instances where it can take slightly longer. If it has been more than 7 business days, please e-mail us and we can have the package tracked for you. |
