TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. All transactions through Ebay are a legal contract of business.

2. As soon as you have committed to buy using the option provided by Ebay you have chosen to complete the transaction and pay for the item to Bags and Boxes.

3. Bags and Boxes upon receipt of an order is committed to supply you with the item and to complete the transaction.

4. All payments must be received within 7 days of the time of the order being placed.

5. Once an order has been placed if no payment has been received and no explanation has been sent to us, Bags and Boxes will file for an Unpaid Item Dispute. This could result in you receiving a strike against your Ebay account.

6. As soon as payment is received Bags and Boxes will leave positive feedback on your Ebay account.

7. We will make every effort to keep you fully informed of the progress of the transaction, notifying you by email through your Ebay email address when your order has been received and processed and again once we have dispatched your goods. These emails are set up through an automation function through Ebay so please let us know if you do not receive these communications.

8. All of the goods we sell are newly manufactured.

9. Due to recycled plastic properties the material may change slightly in colour and texture from one order to the next but Bags and Boxes ensure that the quality will never drop below the standard that we would want to sell to our customers.

10. All orders will be dispatched within 24 hours of being received unless ordered on a Saturday or a Bank Holiday Weekend.

11. In the event of a delayed or lost parcel Bags and Boxes cannot be held responsible, The Royal Mail does not class a parcel to be lost until 15 working days have elapsed. Bags and Boxes will file for a claim with the Royal Mail for a lost parcel and claim the price of the contents sent.

12. We take customer service very seriously. If you feel that we have not provided a 5 star service, then please contact us and we will do all we can to put things right.
