| RETURNS POLICY
In the unlikely event of an item needing to be
returned to Bags and Boxes, the customer must contact us and all
items must be of the same quality as originally sent and within 14
days of receipt of the goods.

Error by Bags and Boxes
The customer is liable for all return postage and packaging fees, if
Bags and Boxes on receiving the returned item find the item to be
faulty or as other than as described we will refund the return fees
and offer a full refund or a replacement order which will be at the
customer choice.

Error by Customer
The customer is liable for all return postage and packaging fees,
Bags and Boxes on receiving the returned item will offer a full
refund minus a small charge for handling and packaging and postage
charges (These charges will be agreed with the customer before the
item is returned), or a replacement item (A small postage and
packaging fee will be applied).
