WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ITEMS TO ARRIVE?
We aim to ship all items within 2 working days.
UK: Royal Mail 1st Class should take no longer than 1-2 working days.
EUROPE: Royal Mail Airmail should take no longer than 3-5 working days, depending on your location.
REST OF WORLD: Royal Mail Airmail should take no longer than 10 working days, depending on your
location.
ADDITIONAL NOTES:
Some items may be sent from New York, and delivery times will be extended. Please contact us if you are concerned
about the length of delivery time.
Please note, bulky items may not fit through your letterbox. The Royal Mail or your local postal service should
leave a card but we know of instances where this has not happened, so it’s always worth calling your local sorting
office to see if they have your parcel.
WHAT

In the unlikely event we have sent you the wrong item, or the wrong size, we will replace the item or give you a
FULL REFUND (including postage & packing costs). Contact us and we’ll send you pre-addressed
postage paid returns packaging so all you have to do is put the goods in the bag and post back to us.
If you didn’t check the sizing guide prior to purchasing, or your partner doesn’t like their gift, or you’ve just
changed your mind, we’re still happy to refund your payment (excluding postage & packing costs) or exchange for
