We cannot be held responsible for any damage that occurs during transit as this is the responsibility of the courier. If the goods arrive damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving them that they are damaged or that you intend to return them and they must reach us within 14 working days of your notification.
In the case of a damaged item, please send a photograph in the first instance which we require to pass on to the courier company. You must retain all original packaging and damaged goods as the couriers we use often want to inspect damaged items prior to validating any claim. If packaging is not available for inspection, we cannot replace, refund or exchange your goods.
We reserve the right to refuse goods received outside of this period and if not in the original packaging. Your statutory rights are not affected. All goods sent by us are insured and we will process a claim for compensation in the case of any damage. In the case of a damaged item, you will receive a replacement wherever possible but only after the claim has been settled and if the above terms are met. If replacement goods are not available, you have the choice of a refund or to select other goods to the same value.
We will always send you an email when goods are despatched so if goods are not delivered to you within seven days (UK) and fourteen days (outside UK) of you receiving our email, you must report the non delivery to us immediately so that we can ask the couriers to put a search on the package. Failure to inform us within these timescales will invalidate any claim as there is a finite period in which we can claim compensation.
If your purchase is returned to us because you were unable, for whatever reason, to take delivery of the goods, you will be charged for the return delivery to us and the respost to you.
