How can I pay for my order?

You can pay for your order using PayPal or debit and credit cards.

Can I place an order over the phone?

We are only able to accept orders through the Reload store.

Can I cancel my order once it has been placed?

If your order has not yet left our warehouse, you can cancel and receive a full refund.

If your order has already been despatched, you have the right to cancel your order and receive a full refund within 14 days of receipt, provided the goods are returned in their original condition.

What happens if an item(s) is found to be out of stock after my order is placed?

We will contact you as soon as possible to let you know if an item is unavailable. You will be refunded for the out of stock item as soon as possible.

What happens if I receive a faulty item?

Please contact us through eBay Messages quoting your order reference number and we will resolve this for you.

What happens if I receive the wrong item?

Please contact us through eBay Messages quoting your order reference number and we will resolve this for you.

Delivery FAQs

How long will standard delivery take?

Standard delivery can take from 2-3 working days.

Your items are dispatched the next working day. Please allow 3 to 5 working days for your goods to arrive.

How long will express delivery take?

Express delivery guarantees delivery within 2 working days. Your items are dispatched the next working day. Please allow 2 working days for your goods to arrive.

How will I know my order is on its way?

You will receive notification via email confirming the despatch of your order and details of how to track your parcel.

How do I track my order once you have dispatched?

What do I do if my order hasn't been delivered within the expected time frame?

If your order has not arrived, please check that it has been successfully shipped using the tracking information supplied.

If there is no tracking information available then please contact us through eBay Messages so we can look into this further for you.

Returns FAQs

How long do I have to return an item for refund?

If you are not completely satisfied with your goods, you may return them within 30 days of receipt for a full refund.

We do reserve the right to refuse to refund goods if they are not in their original condition.

Do I have to pay to return an item?

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning any items to us.

How do I return an item I have purchased?

A returns label is provided with your order. Please complete and enclose the Returns Form supplied with your delivery, and post this back to us within 30 days. Please obtain a proof of posting from the post office.

Can I exchange my item?

No problem, just make sure you return the item in the original condition withing 3- days of receipt of purchase. We can then issue you with a full refund or offer you an exchange. We do not offer refunds on underwear or swimwear for health and hygiene reasons. We advise that you return items via recorded delivery to ensure we get them back. Please refer to our full Returns Policy for further information including returns address. Please note that there is a £3 postage cost for exchanges - you can either send the £3 cash with your exchange or we can invoice you through paypal.
