We are away from Monday, 18 August to Friday, 22 August (school holiday week). If you have paid on Friday, 15 August, we'll mail your items on Saturday morning.
You can continue to shop in our store but we are only able to mail on Monday 25 August 2008.
You should receive an auto-email informing you that the items have been despatched. Please check your email.
Delivery takes 7 - 25 working days (almost a month). If there is a delay, it's with the postal service. We ask for your patience. Please note for payments through echecks, items are only mailed after clearance, not the day you submitted payment.
So if you require the items for an event, please include days of delivery + days to work on them (est. 45days). Sorry, we cannot tele-port (if there's such a thingy) the items to you. Please understand.
