Q:What is your return policy?
A:Please contact us within 7 days of receipt of item. We will only accept returns within this timescale and if we have been notified beforehand. We only refund postage when the item has been misdescribed. Please get a proof of postage for the return of any item.
Q:Do you combine postage?
A:We combine postage for covers and photographs, and ebay's checkout should show postage for 1 item. For prints and books combined postage may have to be calculated by us and will be subject to weight restrictions. If the order exceeds £50 we may change shipping options to insured postage. Postage can be combined on items won within a 7 day period.
Q:How much is the Postage and packaging Charge?
A:This is as stated in the postage instructions / item description. When buying multiple items the highest postage charge applies. Insurance may be added if the order total exceeds £50.
