Service Promise

It is our policy for our customers to be 100% satisfied with their purchases. Please contact me regarding any problems and we aim to reply to your email within 24hrs (during working days.)  We offer an exchange or refund policy - items must be returned in the same condition they were received, they must be unworn and in resaleable condition with the original packaging undamaged & labels intact within 7 working days. VERY IMPORTANT If the above conditions of return are not adhered to then unfortunately NO refund or exchange  will be given. PLEASE NOTE - WE WILL NOT return to you items sent back to us that are not suitable for exchange/refund - PLEASE ENSURE YOUR RETURN WILL COMPLY - CHECK THE ITEM THOUROUGHLY  (Please note: buyers are responsible for any extra P&P incurred) Items which are Clearance Bargains, are specially ordered or when BEST OFFERS have been accepted, along with tights, socks and accessories can neither be exchanged or refunded.  All refunds will incur a restocking fee of 15% to cover necessary business related costs this will be deducted from the cost of the item and postage costs are non refundable.

Post and Packaging
We obtain a receipt for all packages sent and will offer assistance to resolve any problems with lost packages. Please note that our postal charges are carefully calculated taking into consideration the cost of posting, packaging and labour. Generous discounts are offered for multiple purchases - to benefit from the discount please await an invoice from us.

 Q: What shall I do, my item doesnt fit?
  A: Every listing contains size advice and this is a guide based on our vast sales experience, as with any internet purchase there is never a guarantee of fit. We will always do our best to resolve these issues.
 Q: How do I pay by credit card?
  A: To pay by credit card you need to contact us to arrange, this is separate to Paypal and is not completed on Ebay system, we have a High Street shop and so process card payment via our terminal. Please send email via ebay messages for contact number.
 Q: Do you offer postage discounts?
  A: Yes a postage discount is applied for all multiple purchases on items that have a postal charge (this does not apply to FREE post) The discount varies from 50p to £1.00, to qualify for discount ALL items must be paid for on one invoice, therefore we advise please wait for us to send the invoice before making your payment.

 Q: I live outside of the the UK -will I receive FREE P&P?
  A: All listings marked with FREE P&P, apply to destinations within the UK, for a quote for shipping the item to an overseas address please email via ebay messages.
 Q: The ballet shoes dont fit?
  A: Please refer back to the item description, there is sizing advice detailed. Once clarified repurchase the correct size from the listing and then send the other pair back for a refund following the Ebay links. Send email via ebay messages for further assistance
 Q: What is your return policy?
  A: Goods can be returned within 7 working days for an exchange or refund. The item must be returned in saleable condition with all labels and packaging intact. Your refund will be processed within 5 days. All refunds are subject to a 15% restocking fee. P&P fees are non refundable. When exchanging buyer's will be required to pay any additional postage
 Q: Do you combine shipping?
  A: Generous discounts are offered on multiple purchases, all additional items will recieve a discount of 75p, PLEASE WAIT for your invoice to be sent to ensure you benefit from the discount.
 Q: When can I expect my order to arrive?
  A: We aim to ship all items within 48 working hrs of purchase. Once we have processed and despatched your order it is in the hands of Royal Mail, on occassion there are delays. If you do not receive your order within 7 days, pelase contact us. Any special requests regarding shipping/delivery should be sent via ebay messa
 Q: How much is the Shipping and Handling Charge?
  A: All listings detail the P&P charges, these costs take into consideration Royal Mail charges, packaging and necessary business expenses. If a refund is required P&P fees are non refundable.

 Q: What if my parcel doesn't arrive?
  A: We use Royal Mail to deliver your orders. Unfortunately things do occasionally get lost and we will always do our best to resolve the situation as soon as possible. Please contact us via messages if your parcel has not arrived within 7 days.
