Autoquake inspected
Unless you're a mechanic, how can you be sure a used car is in good condition? When you see it has been Autoquake Inspected, that's how. Every car we sell has been examined by our highly trained mechanics, and their report makes the condition of each car we sell crystal-clear. That way you know exactly what you're buying.
Before it can be listed on the Autoquake website, each car undergoes a 120-point inspection. Points covered include:
- Checks for accident damage
Ill-fitting bodywork and poor paint quality will often give the game away.
- Fluid levels
A careful owner will always keep oil and washer fluids topped up. Our mechanics will check all is as it should be.
- Lights
We'll see to it that they're in full working order.
- Air-conditioning and heater
Stay cool - it's all been checked over.
- Seatbelts
Our mechanics will ensure they're working properly.
- Tyre condition
We'll guide you as to how much tread is left.
- Wipers and washer
If the blades need replacing soon, we'll let you know.
- Locking system and alarm
We'll check the security features and report our findings.
- Audio equipment and extras
Our mechanics check for niggling faults with the stereo or other electrical items.
- Autoquake road test
Finally, further checks take place on the road, to test the steering, gearbox and clutch, engine and handbrake.
Any minor problems our mechanics pick up will be reported in the Vehicle Condition Viewer. That way peace of mind comes as standard.
