    A: Please read item description. If it's a reprint it will say copy/preprint/reproduction in bold first sentence 5/6/7 words of the item description.
    Q: Why is shipping so high?
    A: Shipping is higher due to listing, selling and paypal fees. Shipping and handling costs help offset these expences.

    A: Yes. USA only. Please ask for it.
