UK Standard Delivery
Deliveries will be made within 3-5 working days of your order being placed with AutoDials. This will exclude Bank Holiday's and weekends.
The cost for UK Standard Delivery is £3.95 and your order will be sent out with Royal Mail. Order tracking is not available with Royal Mail deliveries and so please wait the full 5 working days for your delivery to arrive.
Royal mail only deliver between 9am - 5pm and may require a signature on receipt, so you may want to concide an alternative delivery address prior to placing an order i.e work place.
If you are not available to sign for the goods then Royal Mail will leave you a calling card with instructions on how to collect the goods.
International Delivery
Deliveries which are outside of the UK will be deemed as International Deliveries and charge of £6.95 will apply.
We have no control over the charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so you may wan to contact your local customs office for further information.
Once your parcel has arrived in your country, it will be passed on to an internal post service, according to standard delivery procedures.
If you are not available when your parcel is delivered, the delivery driver will leave you a card with further instructions to follow.
Deliveries which are outside of the UK will be deemed as International Deliveries and charge of £6.95 will apply.

Trading Standards Website It is your responsibility to ensure that a product will fit your application and is suitable for the use you intend it to be.
Return of items for replacement - If the goods we send you are found to be faulty or damaged on receipt, and prior to installation, please contact us by email to arrange for a replacement. All gauges, senders and sender fitting accessories must be installed by professionally qualified auto-electrical engineers and a copy of the receipt for installation must be provided to us along with the original proof of purchase before any replacement will be considered.
Return of items for refund - The above regulations permit you a 7 day cooling off period in which time you may return the goods to us for a refund. Please note that if you are returning goods because you have changed your mind then you must contact us by email first at support@autodials.co.uk You will be responsible for the cost of returning the items to us and the returns must be made by recorded/registered delivery so that you can be sure we receive them. The returned goods must also be in new condition with the original undamaged packaging. Once we receive the goods back we will refund the original purchase price excluding the delivery cost. We will also charge you a fee of 10% of the original value of the goods (minimum £10) to cover our restocking costs and credit card charges.
Remittance terms
Your credit/debit card will be charged usually on the day that you place your order. You will receive a confirmation of your order via email and confirmation that your payment has processed successfully.
Legal Note
It is the purchasers responsibility to follow all installation instructions, guidelines and safety procedures supplied with any of our products and to determine the compatibility of the product with the vehicle or the application the purchaser wishes to install the product on. AutoDials recommend installation be carried out by professionally qualified auto-electrical engineers. AutoDials assumes no responsibility for damages occurring from accident, misuse, abuse, improper installation, improper operation, lack of reasonable care, errors in instructions or incompatibility with the vehicle or application.
Any correspondence between the purchaser and AutoDials with respect to installation or compatibility of products with vehicles or applications is offered 'as an opinion' only. AutoDials are not qualified in motor mechanics or auto-electrical work nor are we qualified to give advice on specific vehicle models and will not be held responsible for damages resulting from installation of products on vehicles or other devices where the purchaser has relied entirely on AutoDials correspondence to determine compatibility or installation methods. In all cases it remains the responsibility of the purchaser to determine compatibility of the products sold by AutoDials before commencing installation on a vehicle or other device.
