| A:We offer local pickup by appointment only. Please call us via 626-310-4100 Monday-Friday 10:00-6:00PM to arrange for the local pickup. We will provide you the total amount you have to pay for picking up the item at our store location. |

| A:Yes, we do. Usually the shipping cost of the additional items is half. And the combined shipping cost will be given during the checkout. However, you can still provide me your email address, zip code (postal code) and city. I will give you a quote for the combined shipping cost.

| Q:Would you provide tracking number for my order? |

| A:Once the item get shipped, we send out email confirmation with tracking number to the email address you registered with eBay.

| Q:How long will it take for my order to ship? |

| A:After your payment is verified and clear, we will ship out your order within 1-2 business days given the item is instock in our warehouse. In case the item is oversold or backorder, we will fill up the order on first-in first-serve basis. |
| Q:Do you offer same day shipping? |

| A:Same day shipping is available upon request only and subject to the item availability. We CANNOT guarantee all item listed on eBay is available for same day shipping. | Q:How soon will I get my item if I pay for next day air express shipping? |

| A:Since our shipping carrier do not deliver express package on Saturday and Sunday, the next day express order placed on Thursday would be delivered on Monday and next day express order placed on Friday would be delivered on Tuesday. Please contact us via the phone or email for more details. |
| Q:Do you ship to address different from billing address? |

| A:For credit card payment over $100.00 USD, the shipping address and the billing address has to be the same. If the shipping address is different from the billing address, we reserve the right to refund the payment and the buyer has to pay the item with paypal payment instead. |
