Returns

ALL items are physically inspected and tested by our engineers before dispatch. This ensures that all items we dispatch are free from cosmetic damage and are 100% operational. If you wish to return an item this is exactly how the item must be returned, so please take great care with your purchase.

If you are not totally satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you have the right to return your order within 7 working days from date of delivery for full credit or refund less any applicable delivery charges. eBay require us to offer free postage but obviously we have to pay to ship items. Please contact us to find out the shipping cost of an individual item. Any refund made will be minus the price we paid to ship the item.

It is your responsibility to return any such items in a pristine saleable condition in their original box and new packaging.You will be responsible for the return of the goods and any associated costs of return.

Goods received back incomplete, damaged or in any condition other than saleable, will be returned to you and the cost of return carriage charged to your account.

All return requests must be submitted through the eBay Resolution Centre, this is the only way we can deal with returns and process refunds. Any items returned which have not been confirmed through the eBay returns system will be refused and returned to sender.

Prior to returning any products, please contact us within 7 days from the date of delivery. If you do not return goods within 7 days after you have received the delivery, your right to cancel will be revoked.

The cancellation must be put into writing and received within the 7-day period.

Faulty items under warranty must be returned to us for inspection. You are responsible for return shipping of faulty goods; we will cover the cost of shipping to return the repaired/replacement item to you.

IMPORTANT: Many of the items we sell require installation. While we can offer technical support, we strongly recommend that you consult a professional (Auto-Electrician or Car Audio Shop) if you do not have sufficient knowledge and confidence relating to the installation of your purchased products. If a product is damaged due to incorrect installation this will automatically void any warranty.
