hopefully have given you all the information you could possibly need in
the auction listing as well as in this detailed page. Placing a bid on
one of my items means you are aware of and agree to my terms. I process orders and receive e-mails, every day. Each and every client is very important to me. By
following the easy steps outlined below, you’ll help me ensure your
order is processed quickly and accurately. I'm committed to a

| Checkout |
Regardless of whether you are paying by bank transfer or Paypal, please wait for my eBay invoice to proceed the checkout. I will send you the invoice always in between 12 hours after you made the purchase.
If for any reason, you don't receive my invoice in between 12 hours after the auction ended, please contact me through eBay messages! Also if you have any questions about the invoice I send to you through the eBay checkout system please contact me and I will respond a.s.a.p.
If you are unable at the moment to complete the checkout for any important reason (vacation, no access to your Paypal account), please let me know when you are going to complete the checkout, so I can take a note and reserve your item for you.

| Payment |
Via PayPal, I
gladly accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. I do
not accept credit cards directly. I also do accept bank (wire) transfers.
If you’re unable to pay me via PayPal, you can simply make your payment with a direct bank transfer.
CHECKS: I don’t accept personal checks under
any circumstances. NON-PAYMENT OR LATE PAYMENT: Prompt payment
is appreciated and benefits both of us. The faster I receive your
payment, the sooner I can ship your item so you can start showing it
off.
Regardless of method, payment is on-time if received within 5 days
of your winning bid, after that I have no choice but to return your reserved item to
stock if payment is not received within 5 days.
As you’re probably aware, eBay has strict rules for both buyers and
sellers, primarily to protect both parties. I comply with these
policies 100% and ask that you do the same. eBay’s User Agreement
clearly states that as the high bidder you’re expected to honor your
bid and are obligated to complete the transaction. We will enforce
eBay’s Non-Paying Bidder Policy as stated in their User Agreement. For

| Shipping |
All packages are shipped from GERMANY. I
use DHL, FedEx & German Post INTERNATIONAL for most shipments. DHL PREMIUM or German Post Airmail/Signature required is my
preferred method, so I don't have to charge you highly S/H fees. Higher valued packages may be shipped on special request with DHL Express or FedEx. Most packages are processed the same day
when payment is received by 9 a.m. Others will ship the very next business
day. See “International Shipping and Payment” below for details on how I ship from Germany.
My packages shipped with DHL PREMIUM automatically include insurance for up to 500,00 Euro = approximately $750.00 USD. For many countries I can and will insure the full value, based on the couriers rules and regulations!!! The approximate S/H schedule for PREMIUM packages from DHL can take in between 6 - 12 business days from Germany. The approximate S/H schedule for registered AIRMAIL by German Post can take in between 5 - 8 business days from Germany. On special request I can ship the package with DHL Express or FedEx. For Express service, please ask for prices to your destination. The estimate delivery schedule for DHL Express or FedEx is in between 1 - 5 business days. See below for International shipping

International shipping is
calculated based on your destination if I ship with DHL EXPRESS or FedEx, but usually I use DHL PREMIUM from Germany. PLEASE NOTE: ALL PACKAGES ARE SHIPPED FROM GERMANY!!!
SPECIAL NOTE REGARDING CUSTOMS AND DUTIES: You are fully responsible for any “importation fees” or “duty” your
country may impose. You also agree to respect and follow ANY possible rule, regulation and of course every law for importation your country may impose!!! I always declare the real value. Please don't ask to ship your package with a lower declaration, because I will not do this! For specific customs, duties and tarif information please

Insurance is strongly recommended for all packages .
To insure your package covers the initial shipment from us to you against
damage during shipment or non-delivery. Please save any damaged
shipping containers, as damage is only covered if extensive damage to
the shipping container can be proven. |

| Non Payment |
(Failure to comply with auction terms)
In accordance with Section #4 of the eBay user agreement, I do not
under any circumstances cancel bids on auctions that have already ended
- WITH NO EXCEPTIONS. This includes standard auctions,
Buy-It-Now, 2nd Chances or eBay store items. As the eBay User Agreement
explains, if you are the high bidder on any item, you are obligated (By
law in most areas) to honor your bid and to complete the transaction.
The Non-Paying Bidder Policy exists to help me enforce the eBay User
Agreement with respect to non-paying bidders and for me to receive a
partial refund of my seller fees in cases of non-payment. Your bid is
a legally binding contract to purchase my merchandise under the terms
of the auction. Any payment is due in full
no later than 3 days after the auction has ended. After the 3rd day I
reserve the right to consider the sale null and subsequent payments
will have the above policy applied to them. |
