Shipping

We ship items on Monday, Wednesday and Friday only.

If there is a delay for any reason we will contact you. Items that are being shipped directly from our clients own premises may take up to ten working days from receipt of payment.

We always notify you through eBay messages when your item has been shipped.

Shipping to addresses other than mainland UK (N. Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Wight, Highland and Scottish Isle addresses) will incur additional cost if bulky or shipping weight is over 2kg. Please contact us before bidding to establish exact shipping cost.

Where FREE SHIPPING is offered this will apply to mainland UK addresses only and will not include
N. Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Wight, Highland and Scottish Isle addresses. If you are unsure please contact us before bidding to clarify the shipping cost.

Please remember that Shipping Costs include the cost of packaging materials and handling.

ITEMS LISTED AS "COLLECTION ONLY"
Items listed as Collection Only or Collection in Person must be paid for and collected with seven days of the close of the auction or they may be relisted without further notice.
We are open daily Monday to Friday 10am till 3pm and Saturday 10am till 1pm and collections must be arranged during these hours.
