(with the Exception of Defective Products)
IMPORTANT The Buyer must notify us via email that the product is defective.
We will not knowingly send you a defective product, but if you do receive a product that you feel is defective, please return it for an exchange. If we no longer have the product in stock, we will exchange it for a similar item, or give a store credit.
The item must be returned to us within fourteen (14) days of purchase date.
Once the item is received by us, we will ship out a replacement.
Auction Wireless will reimburse customer for return shipping costs,
on defective items ONLY. |
