Payment and postage terms may vary on individual items. In general if you buy more than one autograph you only pay the postage cost on the largest item. Ocassionally, however, I have to split some bulk purchases into more than one package to stop them getting damaged. In this case you pay for the largest item in each package but I do try and keep them as small as possible.

Postage & packaging   Buyer Pays Shipping. All of my parcels are sent recorded delivery/signed for. This gives proof of postage and receipt protecting both you the buyer and me the seller. It also means that the autographs are insured in transit so I can give full refunds if you are not satisfied.
Customer service & return policy   I do not provide c.o.a.s. They are pretty pointless these days as every Tom Dick and Harriette owns his/her own PC and can produce a genuine looking fake certificate at the drop of a hat. If you are not satisfied with the authenticity I will refund all monies including postage.
