Terms and Conditions

1. Guarantee: Provided the item is in its original packing and in the same condition as you the customer received it, we offer a 30 day money back guarantee. Please note any/all costs incurred through shipping are strictly non-refundable. The Customer must return the unwanted items to A Northern Soul, Averton, Newcastle Road, Crossgate Moor, Durham City, DH1 4HZ, UK, and must bear all shipping costs.

2. Liabilities: By purchasing from this website you the Customer hold us THE COMPANY harmless of any liabilities that may be caused by misuse of products sold by us THE COMPANY.

3. Delivery: Our website contains approximate delivery times which can change at busy periods. If you require products in stock on short lead times, we STRONGLY recommend you contact our sales helpline on 0191 6452300.

For products in stock the usual delivery time is within the frequently asked questions section. A Northern Soul use 3rd party shipping companies which are not insured to carry goods into residential premises. A Northern Soul will deliver goods to the door and may not enter customer premises.

Method of delivery detailed at checkout. In general all prints delivered by Royal Mail and all canvasses by DHL & FED EX.

4. Damages: Our delivery service will wait for customers to check there item for any damages before asking for a delivery sign-off. If items are signed for by the customer the customer agrees to pay all return and replacement delivery charges. This includes but not limited to returning the item back to the COMPANY and paying for the replacement item to be sent from the COMPANY to the CUSTOMER.

If an item is damaged and provided this is reported in writing by the CUSTOMER within 7 days of receiving the item a replacement will be offered to the CUSTOMER subject to delivery charges.

In case of damages the COMPANY only offer replacements products.

5. Cancellation Fees: 20% charge for all cancellations. This charge is directly a result of bank charges when authorising credit card payments and cheques. If you order a bespoke piece of art then the full order in non refundable.

6. Payment Methods: We accept all major credit cards.
Bank transfers and cheque payments may take up to 5 working days to clear the banking system.

If you send a cheque please include the details below:

a. Full name and address
b. Product code, Colour and Quantity of order
c. Cheque number or bank transfer date.

When sending a cheque payment you are advised to attach as much information as possible.

If information required is not clear it will delay your order.
