SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

For your optimum enjoyment, performance & safety please take a moment to read our safety instructions

• FOR ALL CANDLES · Never leave a burning candle unattended ·
• Burn out of reach of children & pets ·
• Keep well away from flammable items ·
• Burn in or on a heat resistant suitable holder, plate or container ·
• Do not burn in a draft ·
• Never move a burning candle – extinguish & allow wax to set ·
• Do not blow hot wax to extinguish a candle · Use a candle snuffer or teaspoon to extinguish the flame ·
• Remove all packaging before lighting ·
• Always read the manufacturers instructions before use ·
• Keep the wick trimmed to 6mm ·
• If a candle smokes, extinguish, allow to cool, trim the wick ·
• Do not allow debris to fall into the wax pool or container. ·
• Burn only on a flat surface

CANDLES IN GLASS CANDLEHOLDERS ·

•  Do not burn if the glass is cracked or damaged ·
• Place on a surface that will not be damaged by heat. · Glass will get hot, do not move when the candle is lit or has a molten wax pool ·
• Keep the wick trimmed ·
• Do not allow the flame to burn against the glass VOTIVE CANDLES ·
• Votive candles liquefy as they burn ·
• Before burning read then remove the safety label on the candle base. ·
•  Use a suitable holder to contain molten wax ·
• Do not burn for more than 4 hours at a time. ·

FLOATING CANDLES

• Select a heat resistant container, fill with cold-water, pebbles and other non-combustible materials may be placed at the base of the container. The water can be coloured using 1 or 2 drops of food colouring
• Float the candle on the water and light.
• These candles must only be burned floating on water

 PILLAR CANDLES

• Always burn upright and secure in or on a heat resistant container – hot wax may drip ·
• Burn on a flat surface ·
• Burn a minimum of 1 hour for each 1inch diameter of the candle
