| Q:Do you ship everywhere for free? |

| A:No, free UPS ground shipping is only to the continental U.S. which does not include Hawaii, Alaska, or Puerto Rico. |
| Q:Why did my next day air delivery arrive on Monday instead of Saturday? |

| A:Monday through Friday are business days. Saturday and Sunday are not and are not counted in the shipping time. This also applies to many U.S. holidays. |
| Q:What shipping services do you offer? |

| A:We ship UPS and USPS with some exceptions. We only offer USPS Priority Mail to Russia. We only offer UPS Express to Spain & Estonia. International buyers please contact us for a shipping quote. The UPS shipping prices on eBay are normally much higher than what we charge. |
| Q:Can you ship the item as a gift or at a cheaper value? |

| A:No, doing so would be considered mail fraud which is against the law. |
| Q:What is your return policy? |

| A:If a part is defective we will either replace or repair that part, as long as it is in the warranty period and proof of purchase is available. Parts returned unused are subject to a 20% restock fee. You may not return used parts for a refund. |
| Q:What is your warranty policy? |

| A:Some parts have lifetime warranty while others have one year. The warranty is non transferable. If a part is defective we will either replace or repair that part, as long as it is in the warranty period and proof of purchase is available. Improper use or installation is not a manufacturer's defect. |
| Q:If I am located in a different country are there any border fees or taxes? |

| A:Yes, our shipping amounts do not include border fees or taxes. Every country is different so you will have to contact your government for their current rates. |
| Q:When will my order ship? |

| A:Free shipping is by UPS ground. Orders placed UPS by 2:30pm EST will go out the same day Monday - Friday. USPS orders will ship out the next business day. |
