    • Do you combine shipping for multiple items?

      Yes! We are more than happy to combine shipping rates, it will normally be done automatically by eBay during checkout. Just order everything you want WITHOUT PAYING and we will then combine your invoice for you and you will get a combined shipping order. We cannot quote shipping rates before an order has been made, so just order whatever you would like and we will combine shipping and offer a great rate guaranteed.

    • I would like to cancel something I ordered and paid for, can this be done?

      Sorry we cannot cancel any orders that were ordered and paid for. When ordering an item you need to confirm it multiple times and you need to actually pay for it via paypal. Please be careful when placing an order, because once it is placed it cannot be canceled. If you did not pay for your order yet, please let us know if you want to cancel something. If you do not pay within 5 days, an ebay unpaid item case will be opened automatically and you will get an unpaid item strike for each item. Once this is done, we cannot cancel an order at all, so please be careful when purchasing something or let us know if a mistake was made.

    • Do you ship internationally and what method is used?

      Yes we do ship internationally. We only use USPS for international shipping. You can select either USPS first class mail (small items) or USPS priority mail (larger items) , depending on the product. If you select first class mail - please note that there is no way to track USPS first class mail packages online. They only come with delivery confirmation numbers and we get confirmation when they delivered, but there is no way to track it online. Please be aware of this and if you want tracking please request USPS priority mail.

    • What are your hours of operation?

      Monday - Friday: 10 AM - 7 PM. We are glad to provide tracking numbers and answer questions about order status during operating business hours. We do not work on the weekend (Saturday & Sunday), so please be patient with requests or responses sent during that time frame.

    • How do I order multiple items?

      All you need to do is actually order the products and sizes you want for every specific product. It can be as many as you like from as many different listings. Once you are done with everything you would like to order, just request an invoice from us and we will combine the invoice, combine shipping and you will get everything in one order.

    • How do I calculate shipping costs?

      Shipping rates can be found on every single eBay page under the Shipping Tab. Just enter your country and quantity and the rate will show up. Please do not hesistate to ask for a shipping discount, we are glad to offer a discount on shipping when possible and when purchasing multiple items (only when invoices are requested from the ebay system).

    • When is payment due?

      Payment is due immediately after orders are purchased. If you are purchasing more than one item you may order all the products you would like and request an invoice so we can combine all the products to one order.

    • Do you ship internationally or to APO/FPO addresses?

      Yes! We ship worldwide and to APO/FPO's. We only use USPS Priority Mail with insurance to ship our products. International customers must pay via PayPal.

    • Do these shipping rates apply to Hawaii, Alaska, APO/FPO and PO Box addresses?

      No they do not. Different rates may apply for these locations and are different from the standard rates listed on each eBay page.

    • What sizes do you have for this product?

      Each product that has options available will have a dropdown menu with any options available for the product. You can select the options from there and you will get the variations that can be chosen. Some products have size charts that are generic and do not offer every single option on the size chart, so please read carefully.

    • How long do orders take for processing?

      Orders take 24-48 business hours for processing, packing and shipping. This is only during buisness days. We do not work on Saturday, Sunday or National Holidays. This is to insure our safety and yours and most orders are processed quickly in order so we can get them out to you in a timely manner.

    • What methods of payments are accepted?

      We only accept Paypal which can be used the eBay checkout. PayPal is a secure payment that accepts credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover) and bank account payments.

    • My package is lost! What can you do for me?

      If your package got lost, we will need to confirm that with the shipping carrier and file a claim for you. Once the claim is filed and completed we will go ahead and reship you another product. We do our best to ship in a timely manner, however we have no control over the shipping companies and if they lose packages in transit. So in the even that this does happen, we will do our best to remedy the situation as quickly as we can.

    • What should I do if I received a damaged or defective product?

      If you received a damaged product from ArmyUniverse please let us know as soon as possible. We will not accept any damaged goods claims after 3 business days, so please contact us immediately. If an item was damaged in the shipping process, a claim will be filed and a new product will be sent out once the damaged product is received back. All products are inspected thoroughly before being sent out, but mistakes can occur and we will do whatever is necessary to rectify it. If you decide not to keep a defective product, a restocking fee will still apply. We do this to insure the integrity of our company and our customers. Shipping will be reimbursed for any defective item, after it has been inspected.

    • What should I do if I received the wrong product or not my entire order?

      If you receive the wrong product or missing a product from your order please let us know right away and we will do whatever is necessary to fix the situation as soon as possible. Shipping and handling costs of any wrong items sent will be compensated once the situation has been reviewed by one of our returns mangers. You may send back the products only via the methods that we choose and accept. This is the only way a customer can be compensated for the return shipping costs.

    • I am still not happy, What can you do for me?

      Please let us know if you are ever not satisfied so that we can try to help if we are able to. Please do not leave any negative comments on our feedback page, without letting us know. We will do whatever is possible to help you in a specific situation if it possible.
