Under the new Distance Selling Regulations, you are entitled to cancel this contract with Ark Stores (UK) Ltd within seven days from the date of delivery of the goods purchased. If you decide to cancel this contract within this timeframe, the item will be fully refunded less the initial cost to send the item (£2 for Royal Mail items and £5.95 for Courier Items unless this charge is more for out of area postcodes). You will then have 30 days from the date of purchase to return the item to us at your expense* with the invoice (or copy). Please note; this right of cancellation does not include items which have been opened and used (product and packaging), electrical items that have had manufacturer seals broken, or consumable goods that, due to their nature, cannot be returned. This will also include items that require construction (e.g. a rabbit hutch) that can no longer be classed as new, due to the building process, as all dimensions and information are available in every description prior to purchase. Returns will also have to meet these criteria: 1) Goods must be re-packaged as received (e.g. if you have opened the packaging to examine the product it must have been done so without damaging the product or packaging in any way) all components and accessories must be returned. 2) If the product has been used or returned without packaging it will be counted as second hand goods and an admin fee will charged at 50% of the original price.
