History & Background

Arbirage Sdn Bhd (927246-W) started business as Beauty TCM Trading (IP0263855-D) on 10 Aug 2007, selling range of haircare, skincare, slimming,weight loss, beauty & cosmetic product.

We have diversified into craft product including Satin Ribbon, Florist Tapes etc on 21 July 2008. We also change our ebay id and store name to Beauty Arbitrage to reflect our new business which is arbitrage to take advantage of price different between Malaysia and other countries. Starting with ribbon / skincare / Healthcare and will diversified to other craft / beauty / healthcare product soon. We have change our store name from Beauty Arbitrage to Arbirage.com on 1 Jun 2010.

A new company Arbirage Enterprise (IP0328008- D) has been form on 3 Jun 2010 to explore the opportunity of software business and has become member of eBay Developer.

A new team member Kevin Low has joint our company on 16 December 2010.

A new company Beauty TCM Trading Sdn Bhd (Company No: 927246-W) has been incorporated on 28 December 2010 to provide Employee Shares Option Scheme (ESOS) to our new team member. the new company will embark on new mission to become online hypermarket.

Beauty TCM Trading Sdn Bhd has change it name again as Arbirage Sdn Bhd (Company No: 927246-W) on 25 January 2011 to reflect it brand name.

Margeret Chen who advised us on merchandising, packaging and customer services agreed to become our director on 27 January 2011. She has been appointed as chairman on 28 March 2011.

We are a company base in Ipoh, Perak, Malaysia, South East Asia

Arbirage is combination of two financial term, "Arbitrage" & "Leverage" We do arbitrage to take advantage of price different between Malaysia and other countries, by using various new leverage method including but not limited to internet and Ecommerce and other technology method.
