| A:This depends on the complexity of the design required. Normally made and posted within 48 hours after you have approved the design and made payment. |
| Q:How much is the Shipping and Handling Charge? |

| A:For UK the price is £1.50 (card only) £2.00 if boxed. This is Royal Mail recorded delivery. This is the ONLY service I will use to comply with PayPal protection rules. |

| Q:Can I have special Names and Dates? |

| A:Yes.
Changes to text (maximum 10 characters)are +£1.00 on top of the price of card shown. |
| Q:Can I have a special design or change a colour. |

| A:Yes.
If you have a special design in mind I will do my best to help. Please remember the medium is embroidery and there is a limit on detail. |
| Q:Can I preview my requested custom design? |

| A:Yes,
I will send you a 'screen capture' of the design from my computer software. It is in full colour and you can approve before I stitch. |
| Q:Can I chose the colour of the card? |
|
| A:Yes, subject to availability and I reserve the right not to supply a card colour that does not compliment the design. |
| Q:Can I have my own wording printed on the insert? |
