We will accept item returns on condition that they are returned within 10days of receipt and received in same condition that they were despatched. Please note shipping cost returns are at Buyers Expense and refunds will be given on the Purchase price of the item only.
We will only refund items damaged in transit if optional insurance has been paid which is offered on invoices and are notified of damage within 48hours of receipt of item. This notification must be accompanied with pictures of the damage to include all packaging materials used to speed up the insurance process. Refunds will not be given until the Insurance process is completed as with any other business. We do not accept that items have been inadequately packaged as each item is packed at our dedicated packaging facility to ensure its arrival in tact and any breakages that occur are as a result of rough handling in transit for which we have no control. The optional insurance offered will cover this! |
