With 20 minutes warning, this 125kg fridge freezer was left in the road 200 yards from our property two days earlier than given delivery dates. Because the delivery truck and the item was blocking traffic we had no time to remove packing and inspect. It is brand new but has a dent on the front door. No response to request for damage discount, user manual and warranty details.

Good price and fast delivery but TV arrived without the LG stand included and had a really ugly universal stand in its place. No mention of this in item description. Luckily we are wall mounting so didn't matter but would returned item if we wanted to place on TV cabinet.
