Air Mail
Non registered shipment, economical shipping method. There is no registered shipping number and tracking number for this shipping method. Once the order is shipped out, we will not be able to trace the progress of the shipment.
Registered Air Mail
A economical shipping method to ship your orders. There is no tracking number for this shipping option. However it does come with a registered number that allow you to check with your local post office in the event that your orders do not arrive on time. The delivery usually takes 2 to 5 weeks depending on the destination country. Please note that the delivery could take longer than the estimated delivery time if there is delay in your country customs.
Express Shipping
Shipped via major courier companies, with detailed online track and trace facility. Delivery takes 1-3 business days to major destinations ( such as Hong Kong, London, Tokyo ).
Taxes and Duties
Customs Duties and Import Taxes for International Buyers:
You may have to pay import taxes, customs duties, etc imposed by your destination country if you are shipping to countries other than Singapore. These charges are not included in your shipping charge. You will be charged directly by the shipping companies or your country customs.
Your shipping address and phone number
Please make sure your shipping address and your phone number is full and complete and in English. The phone number may be used by the shipping company to contact you, in case they have problems delivering your orders.
Note: If your order is returned to us due to being banned/ restricted products, a wrong delivery address, or because no recipient is at your delivery address to receive the delivery of your order, we will refund your order as follows. You will be refunded the total amount of the order minus the shipping charge and 10 percent of the value of the order as a re-stocking fee. We will also subtract any other outside charges we have incurred during shipping, such as warehousing fees, return postage fees, etc.
