Shipping

  • Shipping listed in the above auction is to the lower 48 States only. Shipping costs include packaging.
  • Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico will incur higher shipping costs. Please contact us prior to bidding.
  • For all International Buyers, you must contact us prior to bidding for shipping availability and/or a shipping quote.
  • We do not ship to a PO Box or an APO.
  • We ship via FedEx or UPS. Please email for details.
  • Order processing is performed Monday thru Friday, 9:00AM - 4:00PM CST only.
  • We do not ship COD.
  • Local pickups are Monday - Friday, 9AM - 4:00PM CST .You must email us to schedule a time for pick up. Local Pickups are subject to KS sales tax of 6.3% and a $10.00 handling fee.

Payment

Payment terms are non-negotiable. Payment must be received within 5 days from the end of auction. After 5 days of non-payment, we will notify ebay of a non-paying bidder and the item(s) will be re-listed.

  • PayPal We will only ship to the confirmed PayPal address!
  • If using PayPal, items will be shipped within 24 hrs of payment.
  • Kansas residents please add 6.3% sales tax to all orders.

Item Policy & Warranty Information

  • ApollonComputers makes every effort to represent the item as accurately as possible. The buyer is responsible for asking any questions about the product prior to bidding. As such, all sales are final. No refunds or exchanges are accepted with the exception of warranty replacement.
  • ApollonComputers provides a DOA Warranty on it’s products.
    PLEASE RETAIN ALL SHIPPING MATERIALS AND PAPER WORK FOR RETURNS.
  • ApollonComputers DOES NOT provide any type of warranty on consumable items such as toner cartridges, printer ribbons, ink jet cartridges, etc.
  • ALL RETURN ITEMS REQUIRE AN RMA NUMBER.
  • SHIPPING FEES ON ALL RETURNS MUST BE PAID BUY BUYER.
    Please contact ApollonComputers customer support for an RMA number prior to shipping the item back.
  • Shipping, Packaging & Handling fees are non-refundable.
