Highly recommended. The pottery egg cup was exactly as described. Communications were efficient and friendly. The item was extremely well packed. It would have been undamaged, even if they had dropped it from a great height. Unwrapping it was like playing pass the parcel. It even had a thank you card on the last layer with a tiny wooden duck.
