General Information
VAT is included in the price. You simply pay the advertised price plus postage.
By clicking the buy it now button you are entering a binding contract so please make sure that all queries have been resolved before any purchase is made.
We will have no option but to leave negative feedback if the buyer refuses to complete the transaction.
If we could also ask that buyers that currently have no feedback, please contact us after the auction with an email, confirming your home address and your intent to pay.
If you pay using PayPal your goods must be sent to your Paypal address and cannot be sent to a work address or any other address.
Restocking Fees
Returns will be subject to a 15% restocking fee so if you have any doubt on what product you are after please give us a call on 0800 043 1665 first.
Acceptable Payment Methods
We will accept the following forms of payment:
-PayPal - Preferred method of payment as it allows your goods to be sent out as fast as possible. Please note with PayPal we will only be able to send to the card holders verified address.
-Over The Phone - We can process nearly all types of credit/debit cards over the phone for a speedy delivery.
-Bank Transfer (BACS) - This is the best payment method if you need the product to be sent to a work or friends address. Please note there will be a 3 day clearing time before the product will be sent out.
-Cheque/Postal Order - The good old fashioned way of doing things! Please make all cheques payable to Antel LTD. Please note there will be a 5-7 day clearing time before the product will be sent out.
