Delivery Times
Delivery of products (stock items) will normally be made within 3-7 working days after cleared payment has been received.
Return Policy
When sending a return to us, you are responsible for the safe carriage of the product back to us. You should return any product to us via a suitably insured means based on the value of the product. This means that the full value may be recovered by you if the product is lost or damaged.
Refunds will be processed within 30 days from the date you tell us of a product return and refunds will not be issued until the product has been received by us in its original or delivered state.

Unverified address: We will require Utility bill - Light, Telephone (No Mobile), etc (date with in last 3 months) showing correct name and address. If you don't provide then we will NOT ship the goods and will refund 90% of money received and charge 10% admin fee.

Delivery by Post - Annova (UK) Ltd will send products by 2nd class (or 1st class) post unless stated differently but will NOT take responsibility for lost items and damaged in transit if the items have not been insured. Customer will have to put claim with Royal mail by themself. We will provide details to show we have dispatched the item(s). All items that are Recorded or Insured need to be signed for by the buyer or member of their household.
