Rewards Program
After any payment via Paypal you will receive an invitation to join our rewards program from mystorerewards.com. if you wish to join, this will give you 1% of your payment back upon joining and then 4% on any future purchases made from us using the same paypal account. the payments normally take 2 to 3 days to be processed back to your account.
We have been running this scheme for a few years now with great success but reserve the right to change or cancel it at any time.
Payments
Payment is due within 3 days of purchase or auction ending unless you are actively bidding on other items, please email us to let us know.
All payments must be in British Pounds Sterling (GBP) we cannot accept any other currency due to high bank charges.
Paypal is the only method for all international orders as they convert currencies automatically, just click the pay now button to confirm the ammount in your currency.
We do not accept direct bank transfers for security reasons.
We do still accept personal cheques from UK banks but they will take 10 days to clear, please make them out to A & P Allerston and send them to our registered address from the listings.

UK Postage
For UK Mainland Bidders only
All our items have Free postage and do not qualify for postage discounts.
Parcels will normally be dispatched by Second Class Mail, First class mail is available at cost.
Large or high value parcels may be be dispatched by Courier and will need Signing for on delivery.
sellers cannot guarantee delivery times, once dispatched delivery times are out of our control and should not be mentioned in feedback.

International Postage
For all Non UK Mainland And Worldwide Bidders.
Our discount scheme is now £2.00 discount per additional item, i.e if you buy four items you will get a £6.00 discount off the combined individual postages. This is automatically applied to your invoice when you click the pay now button after your last purchase and go through checkout, or click the request total link.
No International Maximum postage cost.
For large bulk orders we can do courier delivery to some European countries at fixed prices, please email for details on your country.
Parcels up to 2Kg will normally be dispatched by Airmail Small Packets.
Parcels over 2Kg will normally be split into multiple 2Kg parcels and sent as above

Lost or Delayed Parcels
Uk parcels are not classed as lost until at least 15 working days after dispatch
International parcels are not classed as lost until at least 28 working days after dispatch
In the first instance please check with your neighbours and local mail depot as this is where most parcels end up before being returned to us.
Not all postmen leave cards unfortunately.
we will claim from the mail dept for you after the above times if your item does get lost.
Please allow plenty of delivery time if its near a birthday or Christmas as we can't be held responsible for postal delays.

Returns
If you are unhappy with our products you can return them to us for refund or exchange.
Item(s) must be returned within 14 days in the condition you received them i.e. original packaging, unused, undamaged or marked in any way.
The refund will not include any postal fees.
Plese email us to let us know before sending any items back.
