About Postage

  1. How long does you take to ship my order upon payment?
    For our convenience, we have decided to ship the purchased items, with successful payment, on every friday of the week.

  2. What is the estimated transit/arrival time of my purchases?
    Generally, the transit time is from 3-14 working days depends on your location. Delivery times are only estimates and may/ may not be the actual delivery standard experienced. Any delay at the destination countries is beyond our control. Thus, please allow maximum of 21 working days to reach you.

  3. Can you declare the parcel as gift as i do not wish to pay the taxes?
    We can, but discourage. From our knowledge, in some countries the parcel will be further delayed for checking if marked as gift. Packets, envelopes with enclosures, documents, etc are subjected to customs inspection and clearance. However, we can declare a cheaper value of the item.

  4. Do you provide tracking services? Can you track where is my parcel now?
    No, we do not provide tracking service unless stated on the item description or insurance GBP2 is purchased. This is because we often ship via international standard airmail.
    Thus, if insurance is not purchased, we will not be responsible for any losses or damages.
  5. What should/can I do if my parcel is not received, lost or damaged?
    If insurance is purchased, you may contact us for a refund or resend of items. If it is not purchased, sorry we can't help you as we have stated clearly, on our store home page, item description page and emails sent, we will not be responsible for any loss or damage of items if insurance is not purchased. Please understand it and be reasonable.
  6. How much is the insurance? Why is there a revised on insurance cost? (NA)
    With effect from 13Jun07, the insurance cost (GBP1.30 for Domestic buyer and GBP0.80 for International buyers) is revised and standardized to GBP2 for both international and domestic buyers. It is a registered service with tracking provided, normally referred as registered article by postal offices. However, the delivery time is as per normal.

    This is a best method to safeguard both buyers and sellers. It is beneficial especially to buyers if mutliple purchases of similar with combined shipping are involved. If the multiple purchases include poster or wall scroll, additional insurance is required as they are dispatched separately. Otherwise, the insurance purchased will be used on the higher value items. If you are unsure, please contact us.

About Payment

  1. I had short paid for the items purchased. How do I send another payment?
    1. Login to your paypal account.
    2. Click on "Send Money" tab.
    3. key in our paypal email address.
    4. key in the amount in GBP currency.
    5. Enter the item number in the topic or message column.
    6. Click 'Submit'.
    Please note that buyer will be responsible for paypal 3% fee charged if it is buyer's negligence, which means total amount + (total amount*3%).

  2. Where can i find your email/paypal account's addresses?
    You may contact us via "ebay contact seller" or click on paypal button for payment so as to prevent any spams.
  3. I am unsure how much is the total payment. What should I do?
    Please do not hesitate to request for an invoice because any short payment, buyers have to bear the 3% paypal charges for the 2nd payment to us.

  5. Where can I find the cost for Limited Edition Items and Reservations Items?
    For Limited Edition items, most of them will be listed as per normal. As for Reservations Items, the price (inclusive of postage and insurance) can only be found in the description.
  6. How do I calculate the total payments for my purchases? (NA)
    Normal items - 20%, Posters - 40%, Wall scrolls - 10%
    • 3 Normal Items without any wall scroll or poster:
      Total = (Total of 3 item costs) + Highest Postage + (Total of 2 remaining postage * 80%)
    • 2 Normal items, 2 Posters, 2 Wall scrolls:
      Total Item costs = (2*Normal items' cost + 2*Posters Cost + 2*Wall scrolls).
      Total Postage cost = (Highest normal postage cost + Highest poster postage cost + Highest wall scroll postage cost) + (2nd normal postage cost*80% + 2nd Poster postage cost*60% + 2nd Wall scroll postage cost*90%)
      Total = Total items cost + total postage cost.
      **If 1 normal item, 1 poster and 1 wall scroll are purchased, none of the postage discount will be applied.
    • 11 posters:
      Total = (Total of 11 poster's cost) + 1 Highest postage + (9*remaining poster postage*60%) + 11th poster postage cost.
    • 3 Wall scrolls:
      Total = (Total of 3 wall scrolls cost) + highest postage + (2nd wall scroll postage*90%) + 3rd scroll postage

About Item/Products

  1. How can i find out more about the items/products?
    Most information of the items/products are described on each individual description page. You may contact us for any missing information.
  2. What is so special about the items/products under "Limited Edition! (Japan)"?
    • They are imported from japan, original from licensed manufacturers and distributors of Japanese Animation.
    • Their quantity is limited to only 1-2 that we have in stock and unable to restock as they are no longer produced by the manufacturers, which means they are rare.

  3. What is the Special Reservation Items/Figurines about?
    The items in this category have to be pre-order or currently on sale now. However, the items are popular, yet limited. They will no longer be available once the companies/manufacturers decide not to produce. They are made and imported from Japan.
    For preorder items, they are yet to be manufactured. Planned release date by the company and price is stated in the description. Buyers have to order by the deadline given.
  4. Why are they so expensive?
    • They are made and imported from Japan.
    • Unlike other items, it is no longer available in the market, consider rare. (You may do a search.)
    • Most Importantly, the postage cost covers insurance, registered and tracking service. Postage involved both to and fro from our supplier, to us and to you.
    • 50g of Japanese Traditional Handmade Candy, from an established Kyoto Company since 1876, is accompanied free.
  5. What is the difference between Limited Edition items and Reservation items?
    The only difference is that we have limited edition items' stock in hand while zero for reservation items. Upon purchasing currently on sale reservation items, it will be subject to availablitiy. Thus contact us immediately if you are interested in buying.Do not wait for the auction to end. Please make the payment amount according to the item's description instead of auction's price and postage.

  6. How can I purchase these items since they have no listings?
    Upon confirmation of your interest, we will create a listing for buyers to commit and purchase with immediate payment. We will only place an order with our suppliers upon receipt of immediate payment or before the deadline. No cancellations is allowed.
  7. How can I know if there is any updates?
    Sorry buyers, you will need to frequent this page if you are interested. We only list selective items in auction for exposures.

  1. Why have I yet to receive any response from you after sending an enquiry on saturday/sunday or 2 days ago?
    We would like to apologize first if this happens. We may be busy with the volume of transactions, stock taking, etc, thus delaying our reply.
    However, we will try our best to get in touch with buyers within 3 working days or as soon as possible. We rest on weekends and public holidays. We will only notify buyers via our ebay if we are having long holidays.

  2. How long will the buyers be expecting a reply from you?
    We will try to get in touch with buyers within 3 working days or as soon as possible.

  3. Can I request to end the auctions early?
    Yes, you may. In fact we try to end the auction as soon as there is bid.
