I can accept the return of any item based on meeting the conditions mentioned below. If for any reason you are unhappy with a game or other product purchased from Andrews Board Games, you can return it to me in its original condition within 14 days of the date you received it. The item MUST reach me in as the same condition as sent, (bubble wrap intact) in order for me to issue a full refund for the price you paid. I do reserve the right to refuse returns or to charge you our fees and expenses if the product is received otherwise than in accordance with this requirement. Games or other products received which were not what you ordered or which arrive damaged, defective or with an incorrect quantity must be reported to us within 28 days of the date you received them. In this case Andrews board Games will either supply a replacement or make good any missing items. I always advise customers to check any game or other product before returning it. If a returned item is found not to be faulty i reserve the right to refuse returns or to charge you my fees and expenses. All goods being returned MUST be properly packaged to the same standard they reached you i.e. boxed and or bubble wrapped as appropriate for protection. I strongly recommend you obtain proof of postage or use a signed for service to cover yourself in case the courier company lose or damage the item as all goods returned to me remain your responsibility during transit and until received/signed for by me. In the event of damage or loss you would be responsible for making a claim against the courier company.
