Shipping
If you win more than one item - you only need to pay a single postage charge.Our buyers are both UK and internationally based. We are experienced in shipping and will provide you with a fast and efficient service. Our packaging is to a high standard and we have never had an item lost, delivered damaged or broken in transit.

We dispatch daily by Royal Mail or FedEx, providing a careful, fast and effective delivery service worldwide. We operate a single shipping charge per order no matter how many items you decide on. Your order is fully insured during transit under our commercial business insurance, and our packing is to a very high standard to ensure safe delivery.

Important: Customers Outside the United Kingdom
TimeLine Originals complies in full with applicable UK export regulations. This may involve applying for an export licence if you are purchasing from outside the UK. The process involves passing details to the Museums, Libraries and Archives Council (MLA). We will dispatch your order as soon as we receive the appropriate permit, which normally takes no more than three weeks. Under UK law an export permit is required for, inter alia, all coins and antiquities over 50 years old found in UK soil, and for all antiquities if the destination is outside of the European Union.
If your purchase requires such an application, we will handle this on your behalf free of charge.

Postal Charges For Coins and Antiquities
These are our standard charges for coins and small antiquities. Heavier items are calculated at cost.
British Clients: £3.00 for Royal Mail ‘Recorded Delivery’. £6.00 for insured ‘Special Delivery’.
Overseas Clients: £6.50 by Royal Mail ‘International Signed For’ insured postal service.

If you would like your order to be sent by Federal Express or DHL etc., we can arrange this for you at cost. Export licences may be required for some items. We make your application free of charge, and these are usually available in about three weeks.

Books and other heavy items
Total shipping costs for orders that include heavy items such as books will be calculated and charged at cost according to size, weight, destination and postal service.

Return Policy
Our aim is to ensure that you are completely happy with your purchase. You have a 14 day approval period to return your purchase if not completely satisfied. In the very unlikely event that the authenticity of an artefact is disputed, please email us immediately. A full refund of the original purchase price only will be issued if the item is returned with a letter from a recognised museum disputing its authenticity.
