As the postal peak season arriving,there's a chance that some parcel may incur delay,the reason is there's too much christmas gifts for the courier to handle,and there're a lack of freight spaces.
according to our experiences and statistics,there's about 5% package would delay.
Please be noted that this delay can happen from any seller,to anyone,without our control.
For EMS shipping,it usually takes 5~7 calendar days(or 3~5 working days) from our warehouse to your country,our compensation would be counted from here,tracking in the postal website,if the parcel failed to reach the destination country in 7 calendar days after payment received,we offer 5‰ compensation for each additional day's delay.

only apply for these countries:Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Malta, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Netherlands,U.K. Canada, U.S.A,
because the original shipping time to other countries is often a little longer,so our compensation project does not incluce other countries.
what is not counted?
It only count from the date we receive your payment to the item reached your country,your domestical processing time is not counted,for example customs holding time,local handling or despatch time is not counted.
