| Q:Do I need to sign for the parcel |

| A:Some items and larger combined orders are sent via tracked carrier. We use a signed for delivery service so please insure that someone can accept the delivery at the address provided. If the carrier is unable to delivery after two attempts the item will be returned to us and refunded. |

| A:Returns are accepted within a seven day period of receipt and the goods being received in a resalable condition. Buyer is responsible for return carriage/postage. |

| A:Yes we accept combine shipping and offer a discount on p & p. Orders over £200 are p&p free in most cases. Doesnt' always apply to large items. |

| A:Due to the nature of the products we sell this varies. We endeavour to despatch orders with in 24 hours. After despatch orders should be received within 24-48 hours(excluding weekends) |
