Happy to refund all items except for; cosmetics; earrings; knickers due to hygeine reasons unless faulty. These can be processed through the refund link via ebay or just email me and I will give you the return address.
If you require a refund just email me and post the item back to me either 1st or 2nd class or Special Delivery if jewellery (gold items). You will be refunded as soon as the item arrives. I am unable to refund the price of the postage if the items is unsuitable in order to keep my costs down and prices low. However, if the item is faulty or not as described please email and I can refund the postage.
Items are covered by the Distance Selling Regulations giving you the right to change your mind for 7 days. |
