…..Postage & Packing Prices…..
When some ebayers look at the postage costs they sometimes think it is just the cost of the stamp and I may receive low ratings for this! So I like to break things down a little bit to put your mind at rest and also mine! Prices are forever rising to post an item, but I like to stay honest and keep the postage down to a low amount. I only ever charge what it costs me to post and I DO NOT add any extras on the PP cost.
All postage costs include the following;
Packaging… this could be from the envelope, box, paper, to the bubble wrap (if any is needed), sticky tape, etc.
Handling and Insurance Fees… I always like to insure the orders so that we are both covered if anything should happen.
And finally the postage stamp…. This all depends on the weight & size of the parcel and the location of the buyer.
…..Postage Times…..
On all of my listings it states there is a 10 days handling time, although most of the time I post the next day or even the same day! I decided to put 10 days handling to cover myself in case for some reason I could not make it to the post office. If I had put next day delivery or 3 days handling and I could not make it to the post office in that time, then I would be letting my customers down and I am not prepared to do that! So please do note if you are buying an item from me that it is 10 days handling, this means that you will receive your order within that time period….although most of the time you will receive it within a couple of days at the most! If you have not received your order within this time then please do let me know as parcels sometimes get lost in the post and I can either resend or refund. Overseas sales will take slightly longer in delivery than orders within the UK.
I also like to keep in contact with my customers throughout the transaction. After sales care is very important to me. So if any problems arise I can sort it out quickly, or if there are any questions then I can answer them ASAP!

I accept payment through PayPal and also uncrossed postal orders.

I accept 'uncrossed' postal orders...when you buy one of my items I shall send you an invoice which has the address that the postal order must be sent to. If the postal order is crossed then I have to put it into my bank and it can take up to 7 working days to clear which delays postage times also, it is just a lot easier and quicker for uncrossed postal orders as I can post the same day then. Goods will be dispatched as soon as monies clear. ‘Please do not send cash through the post.’
Please do not bid on any of my items if you are not willing to pay for them!
If you have any problems with payment please email me or contact me through any one of my listings and I shall be happy to help. Once you have won or purchased an item please pay within 10 working days or the item will be relisted and I will be forced to open a dispute.....which I really don’t like doing.
If you have a problem paying within this time limit, then please contact me and I will be happy to help or extend the time period... I am a patient person!!
If you are purchasing more than one item from me at one time or in the space of several days...then please do contact me for a discount on your invoice if I have not already sent you one and I shall be happy to reduce your postage to what it will cost for one neat parcel!
...Returns...
If you are not completely satisfied with the goods you have received, then you can return the goods within 14 days of receipt.
I accept returns on the condition they are returned as sold....‘spells still sealed, items unused, original packing, etc. and then part or full refund will be given.
All items must be returned for a full or part refund within 14 days of receipt in UK and overseas 21 days on receipt.
