| Q:How long have you been selling on eBay? |

| A:I have been selling on eBay since March of 2005 under the name KwirkShop, and am a Powerseller with a high rating on eBay under the name We-B-Rock. KwirkShop is where I sell most of my Adult items. |
| Q:Do you combine shipping? |
|
| A:I automatically combine shipping so that you pay the lowest possible rate for your combined order. I also combine purchases from KwirkShop with items from Al's Rock Box and We-B-Rock. Please wait for me to send a bill to get the discount. |
| Q:When can I expect my order to arrive? |

| A:I try to always ship within one day of payment. I do not hold personal checks, but treat them as cash. With normal shipping it should take about 3 or 4 dsys. With Priority shipping, it should take 2 or 3 days. |
| Q:How much is the Shipping and Handling Charge? |

| A:I charge the actual USPS charge for the chosen level of service plus the PayPal delivery confirmation fee and about a fifty cents for handling. (Cost of packaging, paper for postage & invoice, plus time and fuel costs to ship from the post office.) |
| Q:Do you ship internationally? |

| A:I ship First Class International at a calculated rate based on the weight of the item, or Priority International flat rate, if appropriate. |
| Q:What is your return policy? |

| A:If you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact me and we will try to work out a solution. If you still are not satisfied, I will return your total original cost upon receipt of item. |
| Q:Do you respect the privacy of your Adult item customers? |

| A:Absolutely. As the only employee of my company, I never give out information about my customers to anyone else. I correspond only as needed to facilitate the purchase- never to socialize or try to sell anything else. My Adult items and certain potentially embarrasing items in my regular listings are Private Listings. I respect your privacy always. |
| Q:Are you trying to get rich with eBay? |

| A:Not really. I am trying to downsize and sell my personal stuff to someone who will appreciate it, regardless of what I make on it. I also try to find items that I enjoy, to pass along to other people who will enjoy them too. I offer interesting things you may not have seen before at fair prices, with low shipping fees. |
| Q:What payment methods are accepted? |
|
| A:EBay now requires sellers to accept only PayPal from buyers to pay for items. The only exception is for Adult Only items. Only checks or money orders can be accepted for adult items. |
