ABOUT US

We are a small family run registered business. The Australian government requires us by law to charge 10% GST on all purchases. The GST is inclusive in the final auction price for all customers.

TERMS OF PAYMENT

Please be mindful that your bid is a contract. If you require further information regarding the product or postage please email prior to bidding. Please only bid if you are serious about purchasing the product. Payment by winning bidder is to be made within 5 days of auction ending. Payment is to be made by bank deposit, bank cheque or money order only. If payment is by a personal cheque item will not be posted until cheque has cleared. If payment is made at a branch we require the BSB of the branch to verify your payment. Once payment has been verified by us you will receive an email advising payment received & item posted.  

POSTAGE POLICY

Please note our postage cost is regular mail only. We strongly recommend that express post or registered mail be used as we accept no responsibility once item has been posted. We can not control what happens to the product once we have posted it.

Regular Post - $6.50, Express Post - $8.50, Registered Mail - $10.00

FEEDBACK

Our aim is to make the transaction as easy and fast as possible. If for any reason you are not happy with the product or our service we ask that you email us prior to leaving feedback to see if we can rectify the situation. Feedback is automatically generated once feedback is received so we can monitor which items have been received.
