DISPATCH AND POSTING DETAILS

All Items are posted within 1 day of payment being received

I post daily Monday-Fridays (excluding bank holidays)

Items purchased after 12pm on Fridays will be posted on Mondays

DELIVERY

Standard Delivery for UK is 1st and 2nd Class

Royal Mail aim to deliver in 1 to 3 working days

Goods to the value of £10 or over will be sent 1st class recorded delivery

A Dispatch Confirmation Email will be sent once your Item is dispatched

REFUNDS / RETURNS / DAMAGES / MISSING ITEMS

On the rare occasion that items are damaged in the post, please contact me on receipt of item. I will need photo evidence for Royal Mail. You will need to return the item to Royal Mail on request along with the packaging. I can then either replace the item or give you refund.

Faulty items will need to be returned to me for a full refund

I cannot accept returns on opened items, as they are not re-sellable   

Return postage cannot be paid for items returned, except where an item is faulty, then I will pay the charges

If you do not receive your item within 7 days, please contact me. A claim through Royal Mail cannot be made before 15 days after posting (25 days for overseas). Please do not ask us to resend or refund any items until this time period has passed as we cannot comply until we can claim from Royal Mail. After the mandatory time period has passed we will be happy to either resend or refund your item to you.

Positive feedback is important to me. Please email me first with any query before leaving negative feedback. All problems can be resolved. PLEASE DO NOT LEAVE NEGATIVE / NEUTRAL FEEDBACK, OR FILE A PAYPAL DISPUTE WITHOUT CONTACTING US FIRST! WE TRY OUR BEST, BUT BEING HUMAN, MISTAKES OCCASIONALLY HAPPEN.
