PAYMENT: Please help us by paying for your goods within 7 days. If you don't contact us within this time we will begin the non payers programme and may resell your items.

We also accept Paypal, Cheques or Postal Orders. Please supply a tel number, it avoids delays if we need to contact you or if the courier needs directions. We are VAT registered, number 900 2784 52.
We can not post to PO Box numbers and BFPO addresses, sorry!
COLLECTION: You may collect your goods and save on postage (except for one or two large/heavy items which are delivery only and are marked as so on listings.) Please pay cash on collection, we do not take any other method of payment for goods collected.
DESPATCH: Once you have ordered and paid for your goods, they will be despatched ASAP. Despatch is often at 12 noon (Mon-Fri except Bank Hols). Someone will need to be available to sign and receive the goods. If you are going to be out, please ask us to leave goods with a neighbour or deliver to a work address. Once items are despatched we can't change the delivery address. We use two different Courier services. 1st is Royal Mail for small light items. If you are out the postman will leave a card and you can collect from your Local depot. The 2nd service is a Courier. If you are out the courier will leave a card with instructions or for you to re arrange a day or collect the parcel from them. You will have approx 5-7 days after the failed delivery to re arrange collection before the parcel is returned to sender. If the goods are returned, you will need to pay the extra fee's incurred for the failed delivery.
DELIVERY: You are responsible to check the item upon delivery. Claims for damage will not be accepted by our courier after 24 hours, so please report any problems via email within this time scale. We understand that not all items can be fully inspected, especially as it may be a gift, but please take a look inside the box. If your item has not arrived within 5 working days from despatch please contact us ASAP. Claims for undelivered items will not be accepted after 14 days from despatch.
REFUNDS: If you would like to return an item for any reason, you have 7 days in which to do so. If you would like a refund, we will happily refund the cost of the item (without postage) if returned new, unused in original box/packaging within 7 days. To qualify for a refund the item must be suitable for us to resell, if you have ripped open the box or opened sealed interior packaging then the item is not as new and we can't refund. We can't refund used items. Any goods that arrive faulty or damaged should be reported within 24 hours of receipt as we do not refund after 7 days but will replace or send parts for items that are faulty or become defective. Please keep all packaging/box's, these will need to be returned with the item. Digital photo's of damage may be required to help resolve quickly. Please email us within 7 days for more details.
CANCELLED ORDERS: In accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations, you can cancel your order by informing us in writing within 7 days of purchase. You are responsible to return the item to us at your own expense. Item must be in the same condition it was received. New/unused in all original unopened packaging. Please note, if you cancel the order after it as been despatched, we are unable to refund the postage paid for delivery or return.
