Returns and exchanges are welcomed. Please notify us within 7 days of receiving the product, and items are to be returned within 14 days. Returned items must be in unsoiled and unused condition and in original packaging. You will be entitled to an exchange or full refund excluding postage costs. Goods should be well packed and include a note with your details and reason for return. We suggest you obtain a certificate of postage with adequate insurance from the Post Office as we are unable to compensate for return parcels that are lost or damaged in transit.
